Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and Serve Food and Beverages: Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Process cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that all areas of the food and beverage operation are clean and safe, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work Collaboratively as a Team: Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Previous Barista Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis.
  • Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required for this role.
