We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at DOCS Health.

About the Role:

  • Provide health readiness services to military personnel under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in the State of Idaho.
  • Support Physical Health Assessments, review health history, and interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
  • Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using a proprietary system.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments.
  • Review and analyze medical records and questionnaires.
  • Identify and address immediate medical concerns, including Behavioral Health.
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians as required by state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Active NP license in the state.
  • CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health.
  • Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with large volumes of service members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills.
