About the Job

This role involves diagnosing and repairing various types of hydraulic equipment and machinery. As a Pump and Valve Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products function optimally and meet customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses. Knowledge of tools, parts, and equipment.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment issues
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components
  • Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed
  • Maintain inventory of hydraulic components and spare parts
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Interact with clients to understand their hydraulic system needs
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic Technician or similar role
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Welding experience a plus
  • Managerial skills a plus
