Job Opportunity for Flexologist

We are seeking a skilled Flexologist to join our team at StretchLab East TN. As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
  • Build membership and retain current clientele
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations
  • Address client concerns when necessary
  • Support sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales
  • Develop a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote membership
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is available for client use

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, or yoga instruction
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a welcoming environment
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Able to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program
