Job Opportunity

We are seeking an EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to join our team as a Worksite Health Technician in an occupational health clinic setting in Oconomowoc, WI.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and ongoing workers' compensation case management
  • Facilitate Return to Work (RTW) programs and monitor treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff
  • Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor's Evidence Based Medicine protocols
  • Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
  • Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
  • Documentation of care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
Requirements
  • Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong computer and other technology skills, including EMR software
  • Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Passion for providing excellent patient care
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant occupational health experience
  • Experience in emergency medicine or critical care
