Optometrist Opportunity at Walmart

As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will play a key role in patient care, focusing on eye and vision health, as well as general well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Establish your own days of practice and hours of operation
- Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule
- Keep 100% of exam/professional fees
- Option to opt into equipment/instrumentation, administrative, and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)
To be eligible for a lease agreement, you must:
- Hold a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Be a licensed optometrist in your state
- Have a General Liability Certificate and Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- Meet the requirements for a W-9 and ME & VA license agreements with Gumberg Asset Management Company
