Key Responsibilities

• Support our team in the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Install, configure, monitor, and administer servers and applications in the Microsoft environment, including Microsoft Active Directory, storage systems, firewalls, VM Ware, and Veeam.
• Optimize system availability, security, and performance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, TCP/IP networks, and their components, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruptions.
• Handle error reports professionally, prioritizing, classifying, and escalating reports as needed.

Requirements

• A completed education in the IT field or a comparable qualification, providing a solid foundation for this role.
• Professional experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong understanding of system administration and network management.
• A good understanding of IT security principles and best practices, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data.
