Job Summary:We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work in our Mother Baby unit, providing care to new mothers and their babies. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to new mothers and their babies, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
