Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Describe daily specials and menu items to guests, making recommendations as needed.
  • Take food and beverage orders, deliver food promptly, and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests to stay informed about menu offerings and service standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to established side work duties and standards.
  • Process checks and cash transactions accurately, utilizing the Point of Sales System.
  • Follow established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders, as well as greeting, cocktail service, and general service techniques.
  • Practice tray service for all food and beverage service, ensuring safe work practices are incorporated into job performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Country club experience
