Key Responsibilities
  • Perform concrete finishing tasks, such as smoothing and leveling surfaces, applying sealing compounds, and creating decorative finishes.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure projects are completed to specifications and meet quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Operate concrete tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
  • Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
  • Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proper work attire required; work boots, long pants.
  • Carpentry knowledge and CDL license a plus.
