The Housekeeping Supervisor is a key member of our team at CareOne, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate and manage the housekeeping team to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Housekeeping Staff Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supply Management: Restock housekeeping supplies, order new supplies as needed, and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on housekeeping equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices by participating in educational opportunities.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a working environment, with at least 3 years of housekeeping experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
