KidStrong Coach

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our team at KidStrong | L5 Be Brave. As a KidStrong Coach, you will play a vital role in helping parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids.

KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that focuses on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. Our private training centers are parent-focused and taught by professional coaches who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.

• Coach children aged 15mo-8 years old in our private training centers
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical and cognitive development
• Communicate effectively with parents to educate them on our curriculum and provide feedback on their child's progress
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in child development

• Experience coaching children in a similar age group
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends
