Overall Role Overview:

We are seeking an expert-level Integration Specialist with profound knowledge in the integration and deployment of spectral exploitation tools. These tools are essential for creating a spectral exploitation environment utilized by Image Scientists for processing, analyzing, and exploiting both literal and non-literal data.

The selected candidate will be accountable for engineering and deploying a spectral exploitation environment, ensuring its seamless integration within the larger NSG TCPED Enterprise.

This role involves collaboration with systems engineers, image scientists, and developers to guarantee that applications and systems work together effectively, delivering comprehensive mission solutions while maintaining the integrity of the system-of-systems architecture.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to the Government regarding vision, strategy, plans, needs, requirements, and the development of processes and capabilities.

• Assist in capturing and translating mission and customer requirements into systems and capability requirements and solutions.• Support the Government in executing systems integration activities.• Aid in the planning and analysis of user requirements, architecture traceability, procedures, and identifying areas for automation or improvement in existing workflows and scheduling.• Contribute to strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design.• Lead the establishment of an integrated PED environment for spectral exploitation, enabling image scientists to utilize advanced tradecraft tools for processing, analyzing, and exploiting various datasets.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience of 4 years without a degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in integrating sensor programs within large, complex System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments, whether in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.• A minimum of 5 years of experience with NGA programs/projects.• Proven experience in integrating spectral data into spectral exploitation tools.• Familiarity with Cloud-based technologies for solution integration.• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle.
Preferred Skills:
• A Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or a related STEM field.
• INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification.
• Experience in integrating spectral exploitation tools within SAGE/CAP architecture.
• Knowledge of advanced tradecraft tools utilized by NGA/ATS, such as Data Transformation Services and Full Spectrum Tool Kit.
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering processes, tools, and languages.
• Demonstrated expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, geographic information systems, geomatics, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with the current NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises.
• Previous experience in IC or DoD program/project work.
• Experience in integrating solutions utilizing Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
