Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse to work with our clients in San Leandro, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Current CA License
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
  • AWHONN
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NRP
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • Five (5) plus years of recent experience (must have occurred within the last two (2) years) in Labor and Delivery is preferred
  • One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years preferred
  • High Risk OB experience preferred
