The Vehicle Software group at HATCI is responsible for designing and developing software for Infotainment, ADAS/Autonomous Driving, Powertrain, and E/E Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automotive infotainment features and systems
  • Lead supplier vetting and RFQ documentation
  • Plan, organize, and execute infotainment projects using agile and quality processes
  • Manage and mentor software development teams
  • Drive stakeholder communication and alignment
  • Ensure deployment and adherence to devOps processes
  • Collaborate with project partners and conduct benchmarking
  • Review project plans and identify risks
  • Engage with project stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive infotainment
  • Understanding of engineering spec definition
  • Knowledge in automotive infotainment operating systems
  • Experience with HMI development technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience as a technical project manager
  • Experience in production SW lifecycle
  • Knowledge of vehicle communication network systems
  • Understanding of modern techniques in relevant fields
  • Knowledge in development processes and tools
