NESCO Inc is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our production team. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and prepare materials according to work order requirements
  • Communicate with Material Receiving to ensure accurate material amounts
  • Prepare blended materials using ratio charts and work orders
  • Move materials to presses in a timely manner to allow for proper loading and drying time
  • Ensure presses are cleaned and prepared for start-up
  • Prepare barrels and gaylords for reuse
  • Return materials to the warehouse return aisle when jobs are complete
  • Remove green tags from production to staging area
  • Complete required forms and labels

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Forklift operation and maintenance
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work voluntary overtime and support vacation/call-off coverage
  • Able to lift 50lbs

Job Specific Training or Validation Required:

  • Material Mixing and Handling
  • Material Handler procedures, forms, and labels
  • Work Order Material requirements
  • Hoppers and Material container cleaning
  • Forklift license
