Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join our team at Asheville Specialty Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical, management, and business activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to respiratory therapy staff to ensure effective patient care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • North Carolina Board of Respiratory Care RCP License.
  • 3 years of recent and relevant clinical hospital experience in critical care or related area with demonstrated leadership skills.
