This position requires a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio with three years of pediatric clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, with a Master's degree preferred. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Family-Centered Nursing Professional, you will provide safe and competent care for neonates, pediatric, adolescent, and selected adult patients. You will work closely with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure seamless clinic flow, address patient/parent concerns, and achieve positive patient outcomes. This role also involves documenting patient information according to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
