Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Passive Design Engineer to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our RF design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF on-chip passives for our mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop on-chip inductors, transformers, capacitors, transmission lines, filters, phase shifters, and couplers.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including RF design, packaging design, CAD, and process engineering teams.
  • Orchestrate the design process from concept to tape-out.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Deep knowledge of electromagnetic theory, microwave engineering, and antenna engineering.
  • Proficiency with EM simulation tools, such as HFSS, Peakview, EMX, Momentum, or Helic.
  • Experience with on-wafer measurement and familiarity with VNA, TDR, and LCR meters.
