Job Summary

Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Erlanger, KY. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity that offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to site rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Perform various warehouse functions, including unloading/loading trucks, receiving, manual picking, packing, and shipping, all within labor management standards.
  • Complete pre/post shift inspections of assigned work areas and equipment to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and adhere to pre-shift health and safety requirements.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, working collaboratively with team members and leadership to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform related tasks or complete special projects that align with the site and company's strategic business plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of automated warehouse and inventory practices.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting (up to 50 pounds), pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive movements.
  • Comfortable using technology and following automated processes, including RF scanner devices.
  • Exemplary attendance and work habits.
