Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of MRI procedures and duties under the direction of a qualified physician or technical specialist.
- Operate imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts.
- Prepare patients for procedures, practicing infection control techniques and sterile techniques as needed.
- Assist radiologists and physicians during radiographic procedures.
- Participate in continuing education programs as dictated by Joint commission, MA licensing board, and hospital/department policy.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Advanced MRI) preferred or obtaining the Advanced MRI registration within one year time of the date of hire.
- CPR Certified (BLS)
