Key Responsibilities- Assist nurses and providers with patient care, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and wound care.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other technical procedures as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
- CPR certification required; EMT, LPN, MA, or CNA certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in emergency medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
