We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Industrial Designer to join our team at Kohler Co. in the Wellness Products category.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and own large and/or complex design projects from concept generation through implementation.
- Collaborate with the Industrial Design staff and/or project teams to design innovative products that are inspiring and meaningful.
- Develop and present compelling strategies and ideas for new products and experiences that provide competitive and financial advantages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the wellness industry and apply this knowledge to product strategy and new product development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, to achieve new product design requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college with an academic emphasis on industrial design.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial design, interior design, architecture, furniture, lighting, consumer research, and/or a related field.
