Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Operate equipment in a proactive and safety-conscious manner.
- Assist with plant maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of general labor and maintenance experience preferred.
- Prior construction industry experience highly desired.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Highly dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be required to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, twist, climb, balance, bend, kneel, reach, grasp, squat, and perform repetitive motions. They will also be required to work in various climates and temperatures, tolerate heights, and lift up to 75 pounds.
