We are looking for a seasoned Facility Maintenance Supervisor to manage the upkeep and repair of our operational premises. This role is specifically aimed at veterans who possess the necessary expertise to lead a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair activities for the facility, including all infrastructure, machinery, and outdoor areas.
- Design and execute preventative maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce operational interruptions.
- Direct and mentor a team of maintenance staff, ensuring effective and efficient task execution.
- Organize and prioritize maintenance schedules, including regular assessments, repairs, and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards during maintenance operations.
- Manage maintenance budgets and track expenditures effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments to address maintenance requirements promptly.
- Prepare and present regular updates on maintenance operations to upper management.
Qualifications:
- A veteran with at least 5 years of experience in maintenance oversight.
