  • Take direct and indirect responsibility for the patient's care environment.
  • Deliver care in collaboration with the healthcare team while independently applying the nursing process.
  • Mentor and lead other healthcare team members.
  • Coordinate and delegate care within a safe, secure, and hygienic environment.
  • Operate under the guidelines of the Department of Nursing and within the parameters set by the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and requirements established by Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.
  • Work flexible weekday hours.
