We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services or acute care.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 and 12 months of hire, respectively.
  • Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
