Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Class B Driver to join our team at Richards Building Supply Co. in Johnson City, TN. As a CDL Class B Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to job sites and physically unloading material. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of CDL Class B driving experience and a valid Air Brake Endorsement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products to job sites and unload material safely and efficiently
  • Load trucks with material scheduled for the day's deliveries within compliance of securing and distributing weight limits according to DOT regulations
  • Unload trucks and receive merchandise at the warehouse
  • Move materials and items from receiving to its designated area
Requirements:
  • CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement
  • 2 years CDL Class B driving experience
  • Flatbed and Moffett experience desired
  • Box Truck experience desired
  • Forklift experience desired
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Heavy Lifting experience
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen
