Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is a dynamic practice of Speech-Language Pathologists dedicated to providing exceptional speech services to students in schools. We are expanding our team in Colorado and seeking a skilled SLP to join our team in the Denver Metro Area.

This is a full-time position for the 24-25 school year, offering a unique opportunity to work with students in grades K-5. If you are considering a move to Colorado, we offer relocation assistance to support your transition.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate students' speech-language abilities to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students, aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
  • Stay current with professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to inform practice decisions.
  • Create a supportive learning environment, utilizing effective process management strategies.
  • Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings to ensure collaborative support.
  • Develop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based and child-centered.
  • Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery align with school, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid CO SLP license.
