We are seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our mission-driven team at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with ASD and TBIs, helping them overcome obstacles and reach new heights.
About the JobOur ideal candidate will be passionate about ABA therapy and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be responsible for collaborating with experienced supervisors to execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs. We also require adherence to meticulous Covid-19 screening procedures recommended by the CDC, ensuring the safety of both clients and the team.
- You will document and track progress meticulously, utilizing advanced systems like BIPTrack to ensure data accuracy.
- Attend meetings, orientations, and specialized training sessions to continually elevate your skill set and knowledge.
- Cultivate strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within the team.
- Embrace a proactive role in executing evidence-based programs, offering insights that contribute to clients' growth.
The salary for this position is $20-$24 per hour, with opportunities for extra pay differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Qualifications- A high school diploma or GED is required, along with residency in Michigan.
- A valid driver's license, alongside reliable transportation, showcasing your commitment to exceptional client care.
- Proficiency in communication, encompassing both written and verbal skills, complemented by strong computer literacy.
- A steadfast dedication to maintaining a professional demeanor in line with BACB and TRAC standards.
- Flexibility in data collection and graphing, adhering closely to supervisor guidelines.
