Your Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Coordinate with contractors for bids and oversee their work to ensure it meets our standards.
  • Manage the procurement of maintenance supplies as necessary.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs in various areas including plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, drywall, and basic electrical systems.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel within your designated region, as this role is field-based.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in standard trades such as plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and carpentry.
  • A valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull weights of up to 50lbs regularly, and up to 75lbs occasionally, with assistance for heavier loads.
