Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $73,000-$90,000 per year, paid on a per-visit basis. This compensation reflects an estimate of hourly compensation for full-time status. We also offer comprehensive benefits and rewards to full-time employees who work over 30 hours per week and their families, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care, assessing and treating individuals with communication disorders. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs.

Qualifications
  • A degree and internship from an approved master's program in Speech-Language Pathology or as required by applicable law and/or regulation
  • Meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Required certifications and licensures: Certified to practice Speech-Language Pathology, with a minimum of one year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
