Job Description

As an Associate Teacher at Bright Horizons, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers engaging and interactive educational programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will work closely with another teacher in the classroom to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

You will be responsible for assisting with hands-on activities, communicating daily with parents, documenting milestones, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom. Your passion for early childhood education and commitment to delivering exceptional care will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our children and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
