Job Summary:

The Care Partner is a vital member of our healthcare team, working under the direction of the Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and promote a positive patient experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, effective communication, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic patient care functions, including ADLs, ambulation, and vital signs
  • Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures
  • Perform advanced technical training skills, such as phlebotomy, simple treatments, dressing changes, oral suctioning, and discontinuing Foley catheters
  • Conduct clerical functions, including data retrieval, maintaining unit supplies, and transporting supplies/patient medications
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring multi-tasking and effective communication with the Registered Nurse and ancillary team

Requirements:
