Position: Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Establish a formal supplier onboarding and assessment framework
  • Conduct reviews and audits of current suppliers and supply chains to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with product development teams to identify suitable partners for both new and existing offerings
  • Identify areas for improvement and efficiency in material resource management
  • Source and engage reliable and capable manufacturers
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's operational requirements
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and secure advantageous agreements
  • Enhance procurement processes to achieve optimal efficiency
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on terms and procedures
  • Analyze procurement costs and propose strategies to reduce expenditures

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Manager
  • Bilingual: Spanish required
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred
  • Familiarity with vendor management and sourcing practices
  • Understanding of market trends and sound business acumen
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain professional relationships
  • Willingness to travel periodically as required
