Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Engage with patients and families, providing education and support to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- 2-year Associate Degree in Nursing, with a preference for a 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
- One year of experience in an ASC, PACU, or operating room setting, with a preference for ACLS and PALS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
