Responsibilities

* Lead the civil/structural effort on projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
* Manage multiple simultaneous projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives
* Participate in engineering department initiatives, meetings, project reviews, and client feedback sessions
* Perform technical studies and calculations, utilizing engineering software programs such as STAAD, Mat3D, and L-Pile
* Review and approve engineering and project cost estimates, as well as equipment selections
* Oversee the quality of design, issue engineering and construction packages, and participate in business development and client relationships
* Maintain safety in design and work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

* B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
* PE license and NCEES record highly preferred
* (10+) years' experience in civil/structural engineering, including supervisory positions leading project teams
* Experience managing project budgets and resources, participating in bids and proposals, and engineering design from concept-to-construction
* Field and in-facility experience highly valued
* Experience supporting projects in refinery, petrochemical, or midstream (pipeline and terminals) environments
* Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card and pass background checks
