Key Responsibilities: The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Safely operating a variety of machines while adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Assisting colleagues in machine operations during setups to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Interpreting blueprints accurately.
  • Replacing or sharpening tools and blades, making necessary adjustments as required.

  • Applying basic math skills for calculations involving subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
  • Exhibiting problem-solving skills to effectively address issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or equivalent from a technical institution is preferred.
  • Two years of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • The role involves moderate physical activity typical of a manufacturing environment, including pushing, pulling, lifting, standing, bending, and twisting.
