Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Beauty Ambassador to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Utilize exceptional people skills to educate and inspire customers about our products and services.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty, is desirable.
Requirements
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
  • Anticipated Hourly Range $14.84 to $24.74 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget).
