Job Opportunity

The Swim Revolution is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team

We're looking for someone who is passionate about teaching swimming skills and creating a positive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming pool environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest swimming techniques and methodologies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new swimming programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a swim instructor or coach
  • Current certification in CPR/AED and First Aid
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
