Job Summary:

Provide high-quality medical care to patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and oversee patient care. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, CT scans, MRI scans, and nuclear cardiology studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical care and consultative services to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, CT scans, MRI scans, and nuclear cardiology studies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide leadership to the cardiology team, including mentoring and teaching trainees and resident staff members.
  • Participate in academic and educational initiatives, including teaching medical students and conducting research.
  • Supervise and direct the center's other clinical staff.
  • Collect biological specimens and process them in the laboratory for testing.
  • Ensure that all charts and medical records are accurately completed in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • MD/DO required.
  • Board certification in Cardiology.
  • Active medical license from accredited institution.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to provide high-quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
  • Proficiency in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, CT scans, MRI scans, and nuclear cardiology studies.
