Overview

Swedish Health Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg Overflow team at Swedish Edmonds. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Document patient information, progress, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least one year of experience in Medical-Surgical Overflow nursing.
