Ski and Snowboard Instructors Wanted

Granby Ranch is seeking skilled ski and snowboard instructors to join our team for the winter season. As a ski and snowboard instructor, you will provide exceptional learning experiences for guests of all ages, from 3 and older. Your primary responsibility will be to teach quality skiing and snowboarding lessons, following standard PSIA-AASI progressions. You will also be required to attend training clinics, report to class line-ups on time, and adhere to uniform and appearance policies.
Key Responsibilities- Teach skiing and snowboarding lessons to guests of all ages
- Attend training clinics and stay up-to-date with industry standards
- Report to class line-ups on time and maintain a professional appearance
- Adhere to safety requirements and standards, including loading and unloading lifts safely
- Provide exceptional guest service and act as a positive role model
- Previous ski and/or snowboard experience
- Ability to work with children and adults of all ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- PSIA-AASI certification preferred, but not required
- A competitive hourly rate of $19-$32
