Diesel Mechanic Technician

Ryder is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Technician to join our team in Liverpool, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, including oil changes, brake and tire work
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems
- Replace defective components as instructed
- Perform facility maintenance duties
- Interact with customers/drivers to determine the nature of complaints
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational or technical certification, post-secondary degree, or technical certifications preferred
- Basic tools required
- Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A preferred

- Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 per hour
- Quarterly bonus: up to $500 every quarter
- Sign-on bonus: $1250 at 30 days and $1250 at 90 days
