**Job Description:**

This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive high-quality care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and completing medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certifications and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

**Salary and Benefits:**
