Therapeutic Mentor - Part Time

Job Summary:

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Mentor to join our team. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will provide individualized support and guidance to clients and their families, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Therapeutic Mentoring services to clients and families, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting positive change.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with clients and their families to identify and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them develop the skills and strategies needed to manage their mental health and achieve their goals.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth.
  • Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population.
  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth.
