About the Role: As a Nurse Specialist with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing skilled nursing care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and satisfaction with care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).Experience in home healthcare or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
