Salary:

$14-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salon Retail Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and schedule reservations accurately.
  • Discover guest needs and assist in purchasing products.
  • Conduct retail sales operations, including execution of the Aveda Service Wheel.
  • Maintain professional communication with guests and team members.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry. You should also be open to working nights and weekends as needed.
