Racial Justice Leadership Role

The LA Voice organization seeks an experienced and dedicated professional to serve as a Lead Organizer in our Los Angeles County office. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership on a collaborative team, co-creating and implementing long-term plans for building county-wide power for racial and economic justice. You will work closely with grassroots leaders, clergy, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in community organizing, effective communication and time management skills, emotional intelligence, and comfort working with diverse communities.
