Event Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Event Bartender to join our team at ThornCreek Winery in Aurora, OH.

Nestled among eight acres of beautiful gardens, our winery and venue host events for up to 350 guests, offering a unique and authentic experience.

As an Event Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, learning about our wine offerings, and interacting with customers to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving beverages to guests
• Learning about ThornCreek's wine production and offerings
• Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks
• Assessing customer needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Checking customer identification and confirming it meets legal drinking age
• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area

Requirements for the role include:

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized bar area
